Tender Description:: The Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly (SWMA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Suppliers for the following contract to be procured as concisely described below:

Supply of 526No Mono Desks and 684No Dual Desks at Sefwi Wiawso

Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering processes specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority. The following documents are required from bidders:

I. Valid Certificate of Company Registration (With Current Renewed Annual Receipt)
II. Current and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
III. Valid SSNIT Certificate
IV. Labour Certificate
V. Valid Min. of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate – Class D3:K3
VI. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration Certificate

TENDER SECURITY : 2%

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Administration (Procurement Unit) of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly – Sefwi Wiawso between the 8:00 am and 5:00 am from Monday to Friday

All sealed Tender Documents must be deposited into the Tender Box in the Municipal Chief Executive’s Office at the address below on or before Monday 25th July, 2022 at 12:00pm. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120days for the works and 90days for the goods after deadline of tender submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who chose to attend at the address below on Monday 25th July, 2022 at 12:00 PM GMT at the Conference Hall of the Sefwi Wiawso Municipal Assembly.

Late Tenders will be rejected.
