- 1.The North East Gonja District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
2.Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
3.Completed tenders should be accompanied by;
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (Class D4, K4 and above)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labor Clearance Certificate
4. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address (ii) below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday 28th July, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contract amount in the form of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
5. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’/representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the North East Gonja District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday 28th July, 2022.
