3.Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
4.Valid Labor Clearance Certificate.
5.Valid Business Registration Certificate (With Evidence of Current Renewed Annual Receipt).
6.Valid Public Procurement Registration Certificate or Evidence of Registration
Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security of 2% of Tender Price and valid for 90 days after tender closing date from an insurance company of good standing with Ghana Insurance Commission.
Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a “Tenderbox” at McCoy College of Education Conference Room Nadowli on or before 10:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesday 27thJuly, 2022.T enders will be opened in Public in the presence of Bidders or their Representatives who choose to attend at McCoy College of Education Conference Room at 10:00 am on Wednesday 27th July, 2022
Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of contractors set out in the Public Procurement Act,2003(Act663) as amended.
