Tender Name:: CONSTRUCTION OF 1ST PLOOR 2-STOREY 12-UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK AT WIAFE AKENTEN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, AFRACHO

Tender Description:: 1. The Offinso North District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract below:

CONSTRUCTION OF 1ST PLOOR 2-STOREY 12-UNIT CLASSROOM BLOCK AT WIAFE AKENTEN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL, AFRACHO

Additional Information:: 1.The Offinso North District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the execution of the project above.
2.Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3.Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the District Coordinating Director, Offinso North District Assembly and inspect the tender documents from 9:00am to 5:00pm each working day.
4.A complete set of tender documents, in English, may be purchase by interested eligible Tenderers upon payment of non-refundable fee indicated in the table above for the project.
5.Complete tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Unit on or before 22nd July, 2022 at 10:30am prompt.
6.All complete tenders must be accompanied by a 2% tender security of the tender price from reputable bank.
7.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected.
8.Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Assembly’s Mini Conference Hall at 10:30am on July 22, 2022.
