Tender Name:: Construction of 6-Unit Classroom Block at Bagliga M/A Primary School

Tender Description:: The Tamale Assembly has received Budgetary allocation from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) to executes the under-listed projects in the Metropolis and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for the works package below;

Additional Information:: 1.The Tamale Metropolitan Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Metropolitan Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address I given below from 09:00 to 17:00 hours GMT on working days

3. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the Conference Room of the Tamale Metropolitan Assembly at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 15th July. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount/s stated. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference working Room of the Tamale Metropolitan Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on 15th July 2022.
4. Completion Period : 6 months
5. Tender Security Amount (GHC) : 2%
