- The Government of the Republic of Ghana, acting through the Sekyere Central District Assembly, intends to apply a portion of the District Development Fund (DDF) and the District Assembly Common Fund (DACF)to Fund eligible payments for the works and goods package indicated in the table below;

- 1 The Sekyere Central District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
3. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirements.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Registrar General’s Certificate (With evidence of renewed annual receipt)
• Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
2. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the Procurement Unit of the Sekyere Central District Assembly, from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time, in Nsuta, Ashanti Region by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢300.00 for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or cash payable to Sekyere Central District Assembly in Nsuta, Ashanti Region.
3. The deadline for submission of Tenders is 29TH JULY, 2022 at 11:00 am local time. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the address below on or before 11:00am hours GMT on 29TH JULY, 2022. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Disability Conference Hall of the Sekyere Central District Assembly at 11.00am hours GMT on 29TH JULY, 2022.
