Tender Description:: The Ghana Water Company Limited, Ghana hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, intends using part of its budgetary allocation to fund the procurement of Calcium Hypochlorite for Water Treatment for human consumption.

The GWCL accordingly invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the items listed in the schedule below.

Additional Information:: A Pre-tender meeting shall be held on 14th December 2021 at 11:00am in the Conference Room (Room 216). Interested tenderers are required to attend.

For Ghanaian Tenderers, it is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under-listed statutory requirements.

• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement of Business.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA

All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of not less than two percent (2%).

The tender security shall be valid for at least 120 DAYS from the date of the tender opening.
