Tender Name:: RENOVATION OF OFFICIAL BUNGALOW FOR THE MUNICIPAL COORDINATING DIRECTOR AT BECHEM

Tender Description:: The Tano South Municipal Assembly(TSMA) through the Ministry 0f Local Government, Decentralization and Rural Development(MLGDRD) has received funding from the following sources
1. District Assemblies’Common Fund-Responsive Factor Grant (DPAT V)
2. District Assemblies’ Common Fund (DACF)
3. People with Disability Fund
And intends to apply portions to cover eligible payments for Works and procurement of Goods which requirements are indicated below:

Additional Information:: 1. Tenderers are required to submit their tenders with the following documents in support of their Tenders.
WORKS:
i. Valid Ministry of Water Resources,Works and Housing Certificate.
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate.
iv. Valid Power of Attorney
v. Valid Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar General’s Department.
vi. Valid Registration Certificate from the Public Procurement Authority
vii. Valid Tax Clearance (GRA) Certificate
GOODS:
i. Valid Registration General’s Certificate(Evidence of Renewal)
ii. Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate
iii. Valid Tax Clearance (GRA)Certificate
iv. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Certificate from the Public Procurement Authority(PPA)
Failure to summit any of the above documents will render the tender non-responsive
2. Completed Tender documents should be deposited in the Assembly’s Tender Box located at the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive on or before 10am on Thursday 28thJuly, 2022.
3. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall Bechem on Thursday, 28thJuly 2022 at 10.00 GMT. Late tenders will not be accepted.
4. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after opening
5. Tender Security: 2% of Tender Sum
