Additional Information:: 1. Interested eligible Tenderers may contact the Procurement Officer, Asuogyaman District Assembly, Atimpoku, for further information on the Tender from Mondays to Fridays at 8:00 am to 5.00 pm each day starting from 11TH July, 2022 to 28th July, 2022.

2. A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased for a non-refundable fee as stated in the table above. The method of payment will be by cash.

3. The completed Tender Document sealed in an envelope bearing the project name and serial number may be addressed to:

4. And deposited in the Assembly’s Tender Box located in the office before 12.00 noon on 28th July, 2022, at which tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers who choose to attend.

All tenders must be accompanied by the following:

1. Valid Company Registration Certificate
2. Valid MWRWH Certificate
3. Valid SSNIT Certificate
4. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (Valid up to month of Tender Submission)
5. Valid Labour Certificate
6. Power of Attorney if possible
7. Valid Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
8. Valid District Assembly Certificate
Failure to submit any of the above documents will render the tender non-responsive.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days.
