- The Nursing and Midwifery College - Kumasi intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payment under the contract for the supply of the following:
1. LONG GRAIN RICE (50kg) 300 bags
2. BROKEN RICE 99%(50kg) 75bags
- Additional Information:
- 1. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the under listed statutory requirement:
a. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
b. VAT Registration Certificate
c. Valid Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar General
d. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
e. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security not less than Two percent (2%) Of the Tender price security bond issued by insurance.
f. Sample of the product.
g. Tender must be sealed and stamped.
2. , The Tender would be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives at 10:00am at the Nursing and Midwifery Training College —Kumasi on Friday 29TH July, 2022 at 10:00am at The Nursing and Midwifery Training College - Kumasi (conference Hall).
3. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of tender submission
