Tender Description:: The Ashanti Regional Co-ordinating Council intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to take care of eligible Payment for Works contracts:

Additional Information:: 1. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of The Procurement Unit of the Ashanti Regional Co-ordinating Council, Kumasi and to inspect the tender documents at the same office from 8:30am to 5:00pm each day from Wednesday 13th July 2022.
2. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00) for each document.

3. Completed Sealed Tenders must be delivered in the Tender Box in the Conference Room of the address below on or before Wednesday, 3rd August 2022 at 10:30 am. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at Ashanti Regional Co-ordinating Council’s Conference Room at 10:30 am on Wednesday, 3rd August 2022.

4. Late Tenders shall be rejected. All Tenders must be submitted with Tender Security equivalent to 2% of the tender price, as indicated above, and to the address below:
