- The Regional Health Directorate, Volta has decided to apply a portion of its Essential Medicines Revolving funds to eligible payment under the contract for which this Invitation for Tender is issued.
The Regional Health Directorate, Ghana Health Service, Volta now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of the under listed items

Tenders shall be valid for a period of (60 days) after the deadline for submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender price or its equivalent from a reputable Insurance Company.
Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tender, which should be valid at the date of opening:
a. Business Registration Certificate
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. VAT Registration Certificate
e. Evidence of Company registration with the Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
f. Any other document specified as a mandatory requirement
