- Additional Information:
- 1. The Asunafo North Municipal Assembly now invites Sealed Tenders from Eligible Contractors for the Construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Asunafo North Municipal Coordinating Director, Procurement Officer or Head of Works and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT each working days.
3. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on 4th August 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 148 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Asunafo North Municipal Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on 4TH August, 2022.
4. Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their tenders which must be valid as at the date of opening:
a. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works &Housing Certificate
b. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
c. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour Certificate
e. Certificate of Incorporation
f. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Company Registration Certificate
g. Other Documents indicated in the Tender Data.
