Tender Name:: Construct and furnish. 1 No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Ancillary facilities and 60 No dual desk, 4 No teacher’s table and 6 No teacher’s chairs

Tender Description:: The Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District Assembly in the Savannah Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Performance Assessment Tool(DPAT)/ District Development Facility (DDF) to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Works as stated below:

Construct and furnish. 1 No. 3-Unit Classroom Block with Ancillary facilities and 60 No dual desk, 4 No teacher’s table and 6 No teacher’s chairs

Additional Information:: 1. All Tenders must be accompanied by the following particulars:
• Valid Tender Security
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid MRW&H Registration Certificate, D3K3
• Valid Power of Attorney
• Valid Company Registration Certificate
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate

2. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% in the form of Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank, or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
3. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers/representatives who wish to attend at the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00 hours GMT on 23RDAugust, 2022
