- Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of the Tender Price from a Commercial Bank in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee OR Bid Bonds from Insurance Firms currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
Tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
a) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate (if applicable)
b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (if applicable).
c) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
d) Valid Business Registration Certificate
e) Valid District Assembly Registration Certificate
f) Valid Public Procurement Authority Certificate
Tenders shall be delivered to the Kwahu East District Assembly Hall on or before 10.00 GMT on Friday 22nd July, 2022 at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
