- Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address (i) given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
Tender document (for each Lot) may be purchased at the address (i) stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter from Thursday 14th July, 2022 to Thursday 28th July, 2022. Tenderers are advised to use the address (i) stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of tender document.
Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address (ii) below on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday 28th July, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security (2%) of the amount/s for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Birim South District Assembly at 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday 28th July, 2022.
