Tender Name:: Construction of 1No. 6-Unit Ground Floor at African Faith School in Kumasi Metropolis

Tender Description:: The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from the District Development Fund, Internally Generated Fund and District Assembly Common Fund Projects to fund eligible payments under goods/works contract whose requirements are indicated below:

Construction of 1No. 6-Unit Ground Floor at African Faith School in Kumasi Metropolis

Additional Information:: 1. Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) acting on behalf of the Ministry now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the construction of the works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as (Amended) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Tenderers would be required to provide Valid GRA Certificate, Valid SSNIT Certificate, Valid PPA Certificate, Labour Certificate, Company Registration Certificate, Works and Housing Certificate, VAT and Bid Security 2%.

3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the Metro Co-ordinating Director- KMA and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 300.00) for a set of the Tender documents.
4. The completed sealed tenders must be delivered in the tender box at the Conference Hall-KMA at or before 10:00 am, Tuesday 9th August, 2022. Public Tender opening will be held immediately after the closing time of tender submission at the address indicated above and will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives who choose to attend.
