- The Yendi Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its funds to cover eligible payments for projects listed below;
Construction of 1no. 3-units classroom block, with office, store, 4- seater KVIP and 2- unit open urinal at Tibibaya Primary School, the Municipality
- Additional Information:
- 1.Tendering is opened to all eligible Contractors /Tenderers Registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing with minimum classification of (K3, D3) and should possess Valid, Tax Clearance Certificate, Labour Certificate, Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificates (SSNIT), Business Registration Certificate, Bid security and Power of Attorney where applicably
2.Tender Documents (and additional copies) may be purchased during Working Hours at the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director for a non-refundable fee ranging from Two Hundred Ghana Cedis to Three Hundred Ghana Cedis GH₵ 200.00 - GH₵ 300.00) depending on the type of project you are bidding for) for each Document. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the address below.
3.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by Tender Securities in the form of a certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or from a reputable Insurance Company. Sealed Tenders marked with the appropriate Lot Number shall be delivered to the address specified below on or before 10.00 hours GMT on friday, 29Th July, 2022 at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
4.Payment under the contract will be in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
5.Bids will be open for examination on Friday 29Th July, 2022 at 10;00 am after the date of publication in the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive.
6.Tenderers should register with Public Procurement Authority (PPA) on PPA website
