- The Sekyere East District Assembly of the Republic of Ghana has allocated part of its budgetary allocation of the District Assembly Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) under the DPAT V and GETFUND to cover the cost of infrastructural development and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the following Contracts:

- Tender is open to all Tenderers from eligible source as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. The Sekyere East Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers and Tenders will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of GH₵350.00 for lot 1 and GH₵250.00 for lot 2 for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by appropriate security amount and shall be delivered to Procurement Unit on or before 10th August, 2022 at 9:00 am GMT and will be opened at the same time in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend in the Assembly Conference Hall.
5. Tenderer must submit with their tenders the following documents
a. Valid Registrar General’s Certificate (with evidence of current renewed annual receipt)
b. Valid Ministry Works and Housing Certificate
c, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
d. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate and
e. Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate
f. Valid Labour Certificate
g. Power of Attorney
