- The Chereponi District in the North East Region of Ghana has received its share of the District Development Facility (DDF) under the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT V) and funding from Petroleum Commission, Ghana and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments for the procurement of works of which the requirements are indicated in the table below:

- 1.The Chereponi District Assembly now invites Sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), Public Procurement Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority.
2.The Chereponi District Assembly through this letter is therefore inviting you to contact the Office of the District Co-ordinating Director during working hours (09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT) to inspect and collect copy of the Tender document.
3.Tender documents may be purchased at the Address 1 for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 400.00) for each lot. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the Address 1 for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
4.Completed Tender accompanied by relevant qualification documents must be deposited into the box located at the address below on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 16th August, 2021. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee from a Bank or a reputable Insurance company.
5.Tenders must be supported with the following statutory Requirements;
• Valid Company Business Registration Certificate
• Certificate to Commence Business
• Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Certificate
• Valid VAT Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3/K3) and above
• Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of PPA Certification
6. Completion Period : 6 Months
7.Tender Security Amount (%) : 2%
8.Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Office of the District Chief Executive of the Chereponi District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 16th August, 2022.
