Additional Information:: 1. Tenderers may tender for one or a combination of the contracts. Tendering will be conducted in line with the guidelines of thè Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended. All tenders must be accompanied with tender security of 2% Tender Price

2. Submission of tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
i. Valid Certificate of Registration/lncorporation (with evidence of current annual renewed receipt
ii. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate from D2K2 and above
iv. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vi. Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
vii. Power of Attorney and other documents indicated in the Tender Data.

3. Completed tenders addressed to the Chairman Entity Tender Committee Sekyere Afram Plains District Assembly must be delivered into the Tender Box located at the Procurement Office not later than Thursday, August 4th 2022 at 11:00 HRS GMT. Late submission of tenders shall not be accepted.

4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 12.0 days after tender submission. Tenders will be opened on Thursday, August 4th 2022 at 11:00 HRS GMT at the District Assembly Hall and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend
