- The Ga South Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above procurements. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Procurement Officer, and inspect the Tender documents at the address 1 given below from 09:00 hours to 16:00 hours GMT during working days.
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of (Refer to the Table above), for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
5. All Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents where applicable:
(a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid Labour Certificate
(d) Valid MWH Certificate (D3K3) and above
(e) Valid PPA Registration Certificate
(f) Tender Security and any other documents indicated in the Tender Data.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 3rd August, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Ga South Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 3rd August, 2022.
