- The Ejura-Sekyedumase Municipal Assembly has received its share of various funding as shown below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments for Works Contract as indicated below:
Construction of 1No 18-Market Shed Stalls and Urinal at Ashakoko-Ejura.
- Additional Information:
- 1. Eligible and prospective tenderers are therefore invited to purchase tender documents at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC300.00) at the Procurement Office of the Municipal Assembly between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during working days from Monday to Friday. Tendering would be conducted in line with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
All tenders must be accompanied by tender security of 2% of the total Tender Price.
2. Submission of tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
Valid Certificate of Registration/Incorporation, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate from D4K4 and above, valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate with Classification of A4B4 and above, Valid Labour Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA) and other documents indicated in the Tender Data as the case may be.
3. Completed tenders addressed to the Chairman as indicated below must be submitted to the tender box at the Municipal Assembly Hall not later than Tuesday, August, 9th 2022 at 10:00 HRS GMT. Late submission of tenders would not be accepted. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days. Tenders would be opened on Tuesday, August 9th 2022 at 10:00 HRS GMT at the Municipal Assembly Hall and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
