- The Sekyere Afram Plains District Assembly has received its share of the District Assemblies’ Common Fund – Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments for works contract as indicated below:

- 1. Eligible and prospective tenderers are therefore invited to purchase tender documents at a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 400.00) at the Procurement Office of the District Assembly between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during working days from Monday to Friday. Tenderers may tender for one or a combination of the contracts. Tendering will be conducted in line with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended. All tenders must be accompanied with tender security of 2% Tender Price.
2. Submission of tenders must be accompanied by the following documents:
Valid Certificate of Registration/Incorporation (with evidence of current annual renewed receipt), Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate from D2K2 and above, Valid Labour Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA), Power of Attorney and other documents indicated in the Tender Data.
3. Completed tenders addressed to the Chairman as indicated below must be delivered into the Tender Box located at the Procurement Office not later than Friday, August 5th 2022 at 11:00 HRS GMT. Late submission of tenders shall not be accepted. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender submission. Tenders will be opened on Friday, August 5th 2022 at 11:00 HRS GMT at the District Assembly Hall and in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
