Tender Name:: Procurement of 600 Mono Desks,400 Dual Desks,30 Teachers Tables,30 Teachers Chairs

Tender Description:: The Nkoranza South Municipal Assembly has received its share of the 2022 budgetary allocation from DACF-Responsiveness Factors Grant (DPAT-V) 2020, and intends to apply part to cover eligible payments for works whose requirements are indicated below:

Procurement of 600 Mono Desks,400 Dual Desks,30 Teachers Tables,30 Teachers Chairs

Additional Information:: (1). A complete set of documents may be purchased by interested and eligible Bidders from 9:00am-5:00pm hours GMT on working days, Monday, 25th July, 2022, upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Forty -Seven Ghana Cedi’s (GH₵347.00) only, for a set of document at the office of the Municipal Procurement Unit,(Room 40), Nkoranza.

(2) In addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all Lot 1 and 2 Bids
are to be accompanied by the following documents below and Lot. 3 should be
accompanied by applicable documents below.

(a) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
(b) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate / Valid VAT Certificate.
(c) Valid Labour Certificate.
(d) Valid Works & Housing Certificate (D3, K3 or Above)
(e) Valid Registration Certificate from PPA.
(f) Valid Business Registration Certificate

(3) Completed tender documents shall be addressed to the Chairman, Entity Tender Committee, Nkoranza South Municipal Assembly P.O. Box 13, Nkoranza and deposited in the Bidding Box at the office of the Municipal Procurement Unit (Room 40), on or before Tuesday, 16th August, 2022 at 10:00am hours GMT at which time the bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
