- 2. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
3. A contractor and supplier will be selected under a competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
4. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the address (i) stated below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
5. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased from the address (i) stated below, from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) for each set of Tender Documents. The method of payment will be by Banker’s Draft or cash payable to Abuakwa South Municipal Assembly in Kibi.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address (i) below on or before 11:00 hours GMT on 9th August, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount/s stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers representatives, who choose to attend at the Assembly Hall of the Abuakwa South Municipal Assembly at 11:00 hours GMT on 9th August, 2022.
