- The Tolon District Assembly of the Republic of Ghana has been allocated funds as part of its budgetary allocation under Ghana Education Trust Fund (GET Fund) to cover the cost of Emergency school projects and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payments under the following contracts as listed in the table below.

- 1.The Tolon District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the aforementioned contracts.
2.Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (N.C.T) procedures specified in Public Procurement Act,2003 Act 663, as Amended Act 2016 (Act 914), and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3.A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the District Assembly and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00).
4.Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
A. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Cert. (D3, K3 and Above)
B. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (GRA)
C. Valid Clearance Certificate (SSNIT)
D. Valid Labour Certificate
E. Evidence of Registration with PPA
F. Valid Business Registration Certificate
5.Tenders will be valid for the period of 120 days after deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of 2% of Contract sum or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and shall be from an Insurance firm in good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission or a Bank guarantee from a recognised Bank.
6.All interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the District Procurement Unit of Tolon District Assembly from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
7.Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. hours GMT on Tuesday, 16th August, 2022 in the Tender Box located at the Conference Room of the Assembly.
8.Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am hours GMT on Tuesday, 16th August, 2022 at the District Assembly Conference Room, Tolon.
