- The Nurses Training College, Sampa in the Bono Region of the Republic of Ghana, intends to apply part of her internal generated funds (IGF) to cover eligible payment for the underlisted project:
Construction of Phase 1 of 3 - Unit Classroom Block at Nurses' Training College , Sampa
- Additional Information:
- 1. The Nurses Training College, Sampa hereby invites sealed tenders from contractors (Registered with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing and Category D3K3 and above) for the above mentioned project. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended in Public Procurement Act 2016 (914) and in accordance with the guidelines of Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders from the Friday, 22nd( July, 2022) at the procurement office with a receipt payment of a non-refundable fee of for each set from the Account office in the College.
3. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of GHg3,000.00 in the form of a Certified Cheque, or Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from an insurance firm of good standing with National Insurance Commission and documents including:
a. Valid Registrar General's Registration Certificate
b. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
c. Valid and Current Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
d. Valid and Current SSNIT Clearance Certificate
e. Valid and Current Tax Clearance Certificate
f. Valid and Current Labour Clearance certificate
g. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
4. Completed Bidding Documents shall be delivered into tender Box at the Nurses' Training College, Sampa on or before 10:00 GMT on Thursday, 4th August, 2022. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for Tender Submission. Tenders will be opened the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose. to attend at the Nurses' Training College, Sampa.
