- The Bolgatanga Municipal Assembly has been allocated its share of the District Assembles’ Performance Assessment Tool Project (DPAT) and District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and Constituency Labour Fund (CLF) for this year and intends to apply part of these funds to cover eligible payment under works contracts whose requirements are indicated below:

- 1. The Bolgatanga Municipal Assembly Now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors/ Suppliers as indicated in the table above. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
2. Tendering is opened to tenderers registered with Valid Company Business Registration (With Evidence of Current Annual Renewed Receipt) Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate D3, K3 and above, Valid Labour Certificate, and should possess Valid income tax clearance Certificate, Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust Certificate, Valid VAT Certificate (For Lot 6) and Valid PPA Registration Certificate/Evidence of Registration.
3. Tender document may be purchased during normal working Hours at the Municipal Assembly Office for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only for each document. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from the address below.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by tender securities in the form of a Bank guarantee from a Bank or from a reputable Insurance company in the amount stated in the Table above. Sealed Tenders shall be delivered to the address specified below Municipal Assembly Hall) on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 11th August, 2022 at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall.
