Tender Description:: The Kwabre East Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its District Assemblies Common Fund- Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) to cover eligible payments for the under listed projects

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (663) as Amended of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested and Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit at Kwabre East Municipal Assembly, inspect and purchase the Tender Document at the address given below between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm (Monday – Friday) at a non – refundable fee of GH₵ 300.00
3. Tenderers would be required to provide the following documents upon submission of the completed Tender Documents.
a. Valid Registrar General Certificate
b. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
c. Valid Certificate of Business Commencement
d. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
e. Valid SSNIT Certificate
f. Valid Labour Certificate
g. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the Tender Opening and must be accompanied by relevant Tender Securities of 2% of Tender Price from a commercial Bank or a recognized Insurance Firm.
5. Completed Tender Documents shall be deposited in a Tender Box at the Conference Room (Room 8) of Kwabre East Municipal Assembly Office, Mamponteng on or before 17th August, 2022 at 10:30am.
6. Tenders shall be opened on 17th August, 2022 in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Assembly, Mamponteng at 10:30am
