- The Sene East District Assembly (SEEDA) has received funds from the Central Government under the District Assembly common Fund (RFG-DACF) and intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for procurement of works below:
Construction of office block for Ghana Health Service at Kajaji

- Tender is open to all eligible contractors working in Ghana as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663), as amended
Tenders would be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in The Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
1. The Sene East District Assembly (SEEDA) invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the construction of the works project indicated above.
2. Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the office of the Procurement unit at Sene East District Assembly Kajaji during normal working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm from Friday, 29th July 2022 for a non-refundable fee as stated above for each document.
3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the same address.
4. Tenderers would be required to provide the following;
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate D3K3 and above,
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate,
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate,
Valid Labour Clearance Certificate,
Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate,
Valid PPA certificate
Bid Security of 2% of Total Tender price (Valid for 120 Days)
5. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening. Complete Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the procurement department on or before 10:00 am on Monday, 15th August 2022. Late Tenders will be reject. Tenders would be opened on the same day at the Sene East District Assembly Hall in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
