- The Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly has received funds from the Central Government under the District Assemblies Common Fund (Infrastructural Improvement Programme for MMDA’s) and Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for procurement of works below:

- Tender is open to all eligible contractors working in Ghana as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
Tenders would be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in The Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
1. The Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the construction of works project.
2. Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director at Agogo during normal working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for a non-refundable fee as stated above for each documents.
