- The Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly has received funds from the Central Government under the District Assemblies Common Fund (Infrastructural Improvement Programme for MMDA’s) and Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contracts for procurement of works below:

- Tender is open to all eligible contractors working in Ghana as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
Tenders would be conducted in accordance with procedures specified in The Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
1. The Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the construction of works project.
2. Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director at Agogo during normal working hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm for a non-refundable fee as stated above for each documents.
3. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the same address.
4. Tenderers would be required to provide the following;
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate D2K2 for Lot 1 and D3K3 for Lot 2, 3, 4 and above,
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate,
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate,
Valid Labour Clearance Certificate,
Valid Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate,
Supplier, Contractor, Consultant Registration Certificate (PPA)
Power of Attorney and
Bid Security of 2% of Total Tender price (Valid for 120 Days)
5. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after tender opening. Complete Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director on or before 10:30 am on Wednesday, 31st August, 2022 and would be opened on the same day in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
