- 1. The Ministry of Education through Kintampo Municipal Assembly in the Bono East Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation of the GETFUND to cover the cost of Infrastructural Development under the GETFUND EMERGENCY Projects whose requirement is indicated below:

- 1. Kintampo Municipal Assembly acting on behalf of the Ministry now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the Construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents from 08:30 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days from Monday to Friday.
2. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢400.00). The Tender Document could be obtained personally with an application letter.
3. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address below at or before 10:30 hours GMT on Tuesday 16th August, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount(s) stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the Kintampo Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 10:30 hours GMT on Tuesday 16th August, 2022.
