Tender Name:: Construct and furnish 2no, 3-unit class room block (75no dual desks) office, stores,4-seater alternating KVIPS and urinals for males and female.

Tender Description:: The East Mamprusi Municipal Assembly has received funds as part of its share of the district performance assessment tool DPAT/RFG towards the improvement of infrastructure and intends to apply the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the following project:

Construct and furnish 2no, 3-unit class room block (75no dual desks) office, stores,4-seater alternating KVIPS and urinals for males and female at NAWUNA AND TICHIRIGITABA

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and is open to all eligible tenderers with Ministry of Works and Housing classification certificate D3K3 and above.

2. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00). Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address during office hours from 08:30hrs to 16:30hrs GMT from Tuesday, 2ndAugust, 2022.

3. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the Registry of the East Mamprusi Municipal Assembly on or before Tuesday, 30th, August 2022 at 10:00hrs GMT. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 DAYS after Tender opening and must be accompanied by tender security amounts as indicated in the table above from a reputable insurance company for the lot.

4. Tenders shall be opened on Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 at 10:00hrs GMT in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who wish to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall of the East Mamprusi Municipality. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
5. BID SECURITY: 2% of the contract sum.
