- The Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has received its budgetary allocation from the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) to fund eligible payment for the Works contract indicated below:

- 1. The Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the Construction of the Works as indicated above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 633), as Amended and the Guidelines Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
3. Tender documents in English may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc500.00), and Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHc300.00) for Lot 1 and Lot.2 respectively. The document will be obtained personally. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
4. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the Municipal Assembly Hall Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Friday, 19TH August, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 180 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
5. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security (Performance Bond) of amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer's representatives, who choose to attend at the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive Asante Akim Central Municipal Assembly at 10.00 hours GMT on Friday 19TH August, 2022.
