- Additional Information:
- 1. The Mion Assembly has received Budgetary allocation from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) to execute the under-listed projects in the District and intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for the Construction of 6-Unit classroom Block in a 6 month period.
2. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the Conference Room of the Mion District Assembly at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 24th August, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount/s stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of the Mion District Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on 24th August, 2022.
3. Tenderers are to submit their completed bids with valid:
i. Registrar General Certificate (With Annual Renewed Receipt)
ii. Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Registration Certificate Registration Certificate (D3, K3 and above)
iii. Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Social Security Clearance Certificate
v. Labour Certificate
vi. Bid Security (2%)
vii. PPA Registration Certificate
Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non-Responsive.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Mion Co-ordinating Director and inspect the tender document at the address given below from 09:00 to 17:00 hours GMT on working days.
5. Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located at the Conference Room of the Mion District Assembly at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 24th August, 2022.
