Tender Description:: CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. 3-UNIT BOYS DORMITORY WITH HOUSE MASTER’S FLAT AND CHOPBOX ROOM AT NKENKAASU SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

2. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the District Chief Executive, Offinso North District Assembly and inspect the tender documents from 9:00am to 5:00pm each working day.

3. A complete set of tender documents, in English, may be purchase by interested eligible Tenderers upon payment of non-refundable fee indicated in the table above for the project.

4. Complete tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Unit on or before 24th August, 2022 at 10:30am prompt.

5. All complete tenders must be accompanied by the following mandatory documents:
i. Business Registration Certificate
ii. WMH Certificate
iii. GRA Certificate
iv. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
v. PPA Registration Certificate
vi. 2% Tender Security of the Tender Price from Reputable Bank

6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late tenders will be rejected.

7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Assembly’s Mini Conference Hall at 10:30am on August 24, 2022.
