Tender Description:: The University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payment under the contracts for the Underlisted items:

Procurement of Anniversary Cloth for the University

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) method procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender document at the UENR Procurement Directorate Building from 9:00am to 4:00pm, each working day from Monday, 1st August, 2022.
3. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by the interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of GHC500.00 for the package of the Tender Document at the Finance Directorate, UENR.
4. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 18th August, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline of submission of Tenders. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender price.
5. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer. Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing time of submission of tenders in the presence of the Tenderers' representatives, who choose to attend at the University's Council Chamber, University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, 18th August, 2022.
