Tender Name:: Construction of 1No 6-Unit Classroom Block, 6-Seater KVIP, with 2No. Urinal and 240 Mono Desk at Kaluri D/A Primary School in Nadowli/Kaleo District

Tender Description:: The Nadowli/Kaleo District Assembly has received approval from Ministry of Finance to enable them to urgently fix the dilapidated Kaluri D/A primary school block

Additional Information:: 1. Eligible and Prospective Bidders are therefore invited to purchase Bid Documents at a non-refundable fee of GHC500.00 at the office of the District Assembly between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during working days from Monday to Friday.
2. Tendering would be conducted in line with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 633 as amended 914 of 2016.
3. All Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Security of 2% of the Bid Price
4. Bidders are required to submit the following documents
a. Valid Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar General Department.
b. Certificate to commence Business
c. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Certificate from the Ministry of Works and Housing ( D3K or above )
e. Valid Labour clearance Certificate
f. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
g. Power of Attorney
h. Valid PPA Registration
i. Valid VAT Certificate
5. Completed Tenders must be submitted at the Address below not later than Tuesday, 23rd August, 2022 at 10:00 am prompt.
Late submission of Tenders would not be accepted, Bids would be opened at the same time at the District Assembly Conference room and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
