Tender Name:: Procurement of 10,000 palm Seedlings for farmers in the Municipality

Tender Description:: The Juaben Municipal Assembly has made a budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) intends to apply a portion to cover eligible payment for the contract for Procurement of Goods whose requirements are indicated below:

Procurement of 10,000 palm Seedlings for farmers in the Municipality

Additional Information:: 1. The Juaben Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of Palm seedlings indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended Act, 2016 (Act 914) and the guidelines of the Public Procurement of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Tender document can be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC200.00) only. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address during office hours from 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs GMT from Tuesday, 2nd August, 2022.
3. Completed Tender accompanied by the under listed qualification documents; Valid Registrar, General Certificate, Valid SSNIT Certificate, IRS/GRA Certificate, Labour Certificate and PPA Registration Certificate must be deposited in the Tender box located at the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 23rd August 2022.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amounts stated in the table above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the representatives of tenderers who choose to attend at the Municipal Chief Executive's Office at Juaben Municipal
