Tender Description:: CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE COMPLEX FOR DRIVER AND VEHICLE LICENSING AUTHORITY (DVLA) – WEIJA

Additional Information:: Tenders, which shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days, must be accompanied by a security in an amount not less than 2% of the Tender Price and shall be deposited in a tender box located in the Board Room, 2nd floor of the DVLA Head Office Building, 1 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Cantonments, Accra on or before Wednesday 14th September, 2022 at 10.00Hrs GMT, at which time they will be opened in the presence of Tenderers who wish to attend. Late Tenders shall be rejected.

Completed tenders should be accompanied by;
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (Category D1,K1.)
• Valid Business Registration Certificate, with current annual renewal receipt.
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labor Certificate
• Valid PPA Registration Certificate

Tenderers who are not covered by the requirement to submit any, or all, of the above documents shall so state, including the reasons for their exemption.
