- The Dormaa Central Municipal Assembly, has received a budgetary allocation from the District Performance Assessment Tool–Five (DPAT-V), and intends to apply portions to cover eligible payments for works and Goods contracts whose requirements are indicated below:

- Additional Information:
- 1. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Ghana Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Dormaa Central Municipal Coordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents at the address below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
3. A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) for each set.
4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10.00 hours GMT on Wednesday 7th September, 2022.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) and Ninety Days respectively for Works and Goods procurement after Tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at
10.00 hours GMT on Wednesday 7th September, 2022, at the Conference Hall of the Municipal Assembly.
7. In addition to the general requirement stated in the tender document, all Bids are to be accompanied by the following documents
