- Additional Information:
- The Nadowli - Kaleo District Assembly (NKDA) intends to apply part of their budgetary allocation from the District Assembly Common Fund Responsive Factor Grant (DACF RFG) to fund eligible payment for the Provision of Education and other infrastructural Projects in selected communities in the District.
Eligible and Prospective Bidders are therefore invited to purchase Bid Documents at a non-refundable fee of GHC 500.00 at the office of the District Assembly between the hours of 8:30 am to 5:00 pm during working days from Monday to Friday. Tendering would be conducted in line with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 633 as amended 914 of 2016. All Bids must be accompanied with a Bid Security of 2% of the Bid Price.

⦁ Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Certificate from the Ministry of Works and Housing ( D3K3 or Above )
⦁ Valid Labour clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
⦁ Power of Attorney
⦁ Valid PPA Registration
⦁ Valid VAT Certificate
⦁ Bid Security: 2%
Completed Tenders must be submitted at the Address below not later than Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 at 11:00 am prompt.
Late submission of Tenders would not be accepted, Bids would be opened at the same time at the District Assembly Conference room and in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
