- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from Kwadaso Municipal Assembly and inspect the Tender document at the address given below from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
1. Tenderers may Tender for One or more and contract may be awarded on the Lowest Evaluated Tender subject to satisfactory technical specifications and other conditions.
2. It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their Tenders the following statutory requirements:
⦁ Valid Company Registration Certificate (With Evidence of Current Annual Renewal Receipt)
⦁ Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3/K3)
⦁ Valid Certificate of Registration from Public Procurement Authority
⦁ Valid Labour Certificate
3. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be inspected and purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a Non- Refundable Fee of GH₵200.00 per Document at the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly’s Procurement Unit, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
4. The completed sealed Tenders must be delivered in the Tender Box at the Kwadaso Municipal Assembly’s Conference Hall on or before 10:00am, Thursday, 15th September, 2022. Public Tender opening will be held immediately after 10:00am, Thursday, 15th of September 2022 at the Conference Hall, Kwadaso Municipal Assembly.
