Tender Description:: The Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly, in its quest to improve upon Economic Activities and Educational Infrastructure in the Municipality and as well provides enough accommodation for its staff, wishes to apply portion of its 2022 budgetary allocations to fund eligible payment for procurement of some selected projects.

Additional Information:: A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested Tenderers from the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive, P.O. Box 10, Wassa Akropong – W/R, at the normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a non-refundable Fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȻ 300.00) starting from Wednesday, 10th of August, 2022.

Bidders would be required to provide the following documents:
 Valid VAT Registration Certificate
 Valid Registration of Business Certificate
 Valid PPA Registration Certificate
 Valid Certificate of Incorporation
 Valid Certificate to Commence Business
 Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
 Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
 Evidence of Sound Financial Standing

Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in a Tender Box placed at the Municipal Assembly Hall, Wassa Akropong on or before 2: 00 p.m.
on Tuesday, 30TH of August, 2022. Tenders would be opened in public in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who chose to attend.

Tenders would be closed on Tuesday, 30TH of August, 2022 and thereafter opened Tuesday, 30TH of August, 2022 at 2: 00 p.m. respectively. Tenders shall be selected in accordance with procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended.
