- The Ahanta West Municipal Assembly has received funds accruing from the share of DACF - RFG and European Union Trust Fund (GrEEN) towards the cost of providing various utility services. - Tender is open to all Tenderers who must be registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing into financial class D3,K3 or above. In addition, Tenderers must submit with their tender the following:
i. Registrar General's Certificate
ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Labour Certificate
v. Valid Certificate to Commence Business
vi. Valid Ministry of Works & Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3)
vii. PPA Registration Certificate/ Prove of PPA Registration
Tender documents may be purchased on submission of a written application to the office of the Head of Works for a Non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 400.00). Interested tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and it must be accompanied by Tender Security in the amount shown above and it shall be delivered to the address specified below (Item 6) on or before14TH SEPTEMBER, 2022 at 10:00 hrs GMT, at which time they shall be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
