Tender Description:: The Nandom Municipal Assembly in the Upper West Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assembly Common Fund — Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) to cover eligible payment under the contract for the projects below:

Construction and Furnishing of 1No. CHPs Compound with 2-Seater Water Closet and 2 KVIP Toilets

2. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days
3. The Nandom Municipal Assembly, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites Tenders from interested Tenderers
a. Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing(category D3 K3 and above)
b. Current Labour Certified
c. Current Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
d. Social Security and Nation Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
e. Register General Certificate
f. Nandom Municipal Assembly's Business Registration Certificate
g. Public Procurement Registration Certificate

4. Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tender (NCT) procedures specified by the Public Procurement Authority.
5. Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information
and inspect the tender documents at the office of the Nandom Municipal Assembly from 9:00am - 5:00pm local time daily.
