- 2. The Ekumfi District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for construction of the above mention projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) and as Amended Public Procurement, 2016(Act 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the Ekumfi District Assembly at Essarkyir and inspect the Tender Documents from 9:00am to 4:00pm on each working day.
4. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers from the office at non-refundable fee of Gh₵300.00 (Three hundred Ghana cedis) for each document. The method of payment will be by cash.
5. Complete Tender document must be submitted with copies of Works and Housing certificate D3K3 and above, Business registration certificate, certificate of incorporation, tax clearance certificate, Labour certificate and SSNIT clearance. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security stated in the table above. Tenders must be submitted and deposited in the tender box at the address below on or before10: am on Tuesday, 30th August, 2022.
6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives at 10:00am on Tuesday, 30th August, 2022 at the District Chief Executive office at Ekumfi District Assembly, Essarkyir.
