- The Dormaa East District Assembly in the Bono Region has received its part of the Responsive Factor Grant (RFG) and intends to apply part to cover eligible payments under the contract for the following projects as indicated in the Table below; projects in the District.

- The Dormaa East District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for execution of the Works as indicated in the Table above.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, Act 633 and Public Procurement Act (Amendment) 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the District Co-coordinating Director’s office, Dormaa East District Assembly, P.O. Box 5, Wamfie from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
Tender documents (and additional copies) may be inspected and purchased at the address stated above for non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) for each Tender Document. The document would be obtained personally and with an application letter.
Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the opening. The tender shall be delivered to The Secretary, Dormaa East District Tender Committee, Dormaa East District Assembly, Wamfie on or before 24th August 2022 at 10:00 am at which time they will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend at the Assembly’s Conference Hall on 24th August, 2022 at 10:00 am.
Tenderers are required to submit their sealed Tenders with the following Documents: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid MWH/MRT Certificate, Valid Company Registration Certificate, PPA Certificate, Valid Labour Certificate, Valid Tender Security and other relevant documents.
